• Pre-registration is required. Sorry, drop-ins and unregistered friends and family members will not be permitted at the workshop site.
• The office is prepared for heavy volume during the first week and, to be fair and orderly, will not confirm reservations for the workshop or accommodations until requests are sorted into the order received.
• IMPORTANT NOTE: This is just the way Sorrento Centre does things, so please be aware that requests for registration received prior to the opening time (Monday Feb. 22 at 9:00 AM) will be dated as if they were received 24 hours after the opening time. In other words, please don't try to register early--it doesn't help and only puts you farther back on the list.
• Children under 19 years old will not be allowed onsite unless accompanied by a parent or an authorized adult (parental release form is required).
• There is no separate program for children. Please consult if you plan to bring children under 14.
• Please photocopy and fill out a separate registration form for each person when coming as a group.
• Because all registrations are processed directly through Sorrento Centre, please make all cheques payable to Sorrento Centre in Canadian funds.
• Full payment is required on or before July 15. All payments can be made by cheque, money order, VISA or Mastercard. We recommend following up with Sorrento Centre to make sure your payment was processed.
• Regarding transition to the new Harmonized Sales Tax: Students who pay their complete bill to Sorrento Centre prior to May 1, 2010 will pay 5% tax on taxable items. On May 1st the rate increases to 12%. Therefore, we recommend paying in full by May 1st.
• Registration by fax, phone or email is accepted, but will be cancelled if deposit is not received within 10 days.
• Within 3 weeks of receipt of payment you will receive notice that you are registered. If Bluegrass Camp is full, you have the option of adding your name to the wait list or receiving a full refund.
• All prices are in Canadian Dollars.
• Although pets are not allowed at Sorrento Centre, a boarding kennel is available nearby--please enquire if interested.
• CANCELLATION POLICY: Cancellations after July 15th, 2010 will not be eligible for a refund for any reason.

ACCOMMODATION: Camping options include

• Onsite TENT sites
• RV sites (some serviced RV sites are available).
• You can also reserve a bunk with mattress in one of 14 Cabana style CABINS, or you and your group can reserve your own--each sleeps up to seven people. Bring your own bedding.
• The LODGES provide comfortable single and shared rooms with private bath.
• For those traveling with families who do not plan to register for the workshop, there are lots of nearby hotels, motels and camping facilities BUT BE SURE TO BOOK EARLY! This is a popular summer resort area.

MEAL OPTIONS
The Sunday evening BBQ and all evening snacks are included in your tuition.

• Attendees have the option of preparing meals at campsites or saving precious time by having the Sorrento Centre cafeteria staff do the cooking.
• The full meal package, spanning Monday breakfast to Friday breakfast, includes 13 delicious and nutritious meals for $184+ 12% HST (to pay 5% GST instead of 12% HST, remember to pay your bill in full before May 1st).
• A third option is the dinner only package (4 dinners) for $84 + 12% HST (or 5% GST instead of 12% HST if your bill is paid in full before May 1st). Let us know if you prefer vegetarian meals or if you have other special requirements.
